    1. Introduction of New Employee– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will introduce new employee D.J. Cline. He has been hired to assist with Building Maintenance and Projects. Requires no further action.
    2. 2026 Budget Review/Kick-Off – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present the 2026 Annual Budget for the Town of Danville. This is a review only. Requires no further action.

Ordinance 15-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located 1800 feet east of CR 300 E., approximately 1.13 miles south of US 36. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc., Phase II. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Will require hearing to be gaveled open – public comments taken – hearing to be gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

    4. Quit Claim Deed: Miles Farm– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a Quit Claim present by D.R. Horton for the portion of property being dedicated to the Town of Danville. Will require a Vote.

    5. Wishes to be Heard: Special Event/Street Closure (Chamber Awards Dinner) – Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a special event request and street closure for the Chamber of Commerce Community Awards Dinner. Will require a Vote.
