  5. Public Meeting
    1. Introduction of New DDP Coordinator - Beth Ann Holmes of the Downtown Danville Partnership will introduce Tara Cobourn as the new DDP Coordinator. Requires no further action.
    2. Proclamation: Vietnam Veterans Day - Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a proclamation recognizing March 29, 2025, as Vietnam Veterans Day. Will require a vote.

    3. Wishes to Be Heard: Street Closure - Kelly Dibenedetto of the Danville Chamber of Commerce will present a request to close portions of the square for the 2025 Farmers Market Events. Will require a vote.

    4. Wishes to be Heard: Street Closure - Representatives from Danville Tri-Kappa will present a request for street closures for the 2025 and 2026 Fair on the Square. Will require a vote.

    5. Encroachment: 52 East Main Street - Town Planner Lesa Ternet will introduce Russell L Brown, Attorney at Law who will address the Council regarding clarification of an encroachment agreement for the building located at 52 East Main Street as it pertains to North Indiana Street. Will require a vote.

    6. Establish Dates for Bid Opening/Award - Street Department Superintendent Andy Pitcher will present a request to conduct the CCMG Bid opening in a public meeting other than at a Council Meeting. Bid awards will still be conducted at a Council Meeting. This is to meet new dates for the CCMG program. He is seeking consensus.
    7. Sewer Service Agreement - Wastewater Superintendent Tony Kirkpatrick will present an agreement between the Town of Danville and Waste Management to update the existing agreement between the two entities. Will require a vote.

    8. Look Ahead: Storm Water - Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present his long-term goals and projects for the Storm Water Department. Requires no further action.

    9. Look Ahead: Water - Water Superintendent Matt Ellison will present his long-term goals and projects for the Water Department. Requires no further action.

    10. Fire Territory Board Appointments - Provided the FPT passes, per the interlocal agreement, Council will need to decide on who or how appointments to the board should be made. This is just up for discussion tonight.
