- Oath of Office: Danville Police Officer - Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will administer the Oath of Office to a newly appointed Danville Police Officer. Requires no further action.Please allow time for pictures.
- Badge Pinning Ceremony: Danville Police Department - Police Chief Jim Hilton and Police Liaison Michael Chatham will present officers of the Danville Police Department who have received internal promotions for a badge pinning ceremony. Family members will be on hand for the service. Requires no further action. Please allow time for pictures.
- Introduction of new employee/Promotion: Wastewater Department - Wastewater Superintendent Tony Kirkpatrick will introduce a new employee and announce the promotion of an Assistant Superintendent. Requires no further action.Please allow time for pictures.
- Wishes to be Heard: Street Closure - Representatives for Destination Danville will present a request for street closures associated with their event in June. Will require a Vote.

- Proclamation: Arbor Day - Utilities director will present a proclamation declaring April 25, 2025 as Arbor Day for the Town of Danville. Will require a Vote.

- Resolution 2-2025: Fiscal Plan for Super-Voluntary Annexation - Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a resolution outlining the fiscal impact plan associated with the Super-Voluntary Annexation of property located at 4011 East Main Street as described in Ordinance 3-2025. Will require a Vote.

- Ordinance 3-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation - Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance for the Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 4011 East Main Street. The petitioners are Serval Holdings, LLC. This was introduced on 2/19/2025 and a Public Hearing was held on 3/5/2025. It is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

- Ordinance 5-2025: Rezoning - Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to rezone property that was annexed under Ordinance 3-2025. The property is located at 4011 East Main Street and will be rezoned to Industrial Light (IL). This was introduced and heard by the Plan Commission and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

- Ordinance 8-2025: Summer Sewer Rates– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance to amend the summer sewer rates, commonly known as the sprinkler rates, to allow for residents to sign up at any time. This would eliminate the language of a “deadline to apply”. Staff is requesting to suspend the rules to act on this matter tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend and then 2/3 to pass the ordinance. Will require a Vote.
