1. Employee Certification– Parks Director Will Lacey will introduce employees who have obtained new certificates of achievement. Requires no further action.
2. Annual Utility Report– Corby Thompson of O.W. Krohn and Associates will provide our annual utility report. He will also advise how we are situated for the future at our current rate structure. This information should be coupled with the “Look-Ahead” reports provided by the Utilities. Requires no further action unless a recommendation is made.
3. Bid Award: CCMG Paving – Interim Street Superintendent Aaron Plunkett will present the bids for the 2025 Community Crossing Matching Grant program along with his recommendation for which company to award the bid. Will require a Vote.
4. Wishes to be Heard: Event and Street Closure– Tara Cobourn of the Downtown Danville Partnership will present two event forms and one street closure for the Square. Last day of school event and closure will be for May 22. The other event form will be for the First Friday Cruise-Ins. Will require a Vote on each event.

5. Wishes to be Heard: Waiver of Tap Fees– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a request to waive tap fees associated with property owners that we have negotiated water easement with and who now wish to annex into the Town. Will require a Vote.
6. Proclamation: Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger Day”– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a proclamation recognizing the second Saturday of May 2025 as Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger Day”. Will require a Vote.

7. Expired Warrants– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present a list of checks that she would like to absorb back into the Town’s accounts. These are checks that have not been cashed within the allotted time. Will require a Vote.

8. Resolution 4-2025: Surplus Property– Fire Chief Rick Duncan will present a resolution listing certain items that he would like to be declared as surplus property so that he may dispose of them. Will require a Vote.

9. Amending the Holiday Schedule: Town Employee Picnic– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a request to provide the employees of the Town of Danville with a half day off to participate in a Town Employee Picnic on June 17, 2025. This would be held in the Park and catered by Hendricks Regional Health. Will require a Vote.
10. Board Appointment: Library Board– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the process to replace our appointment to the Center Township/Danville Public Library board. This is due to the recent resignation of our current appointee. Will require a Vote to accept the resignation. No further action is required for the process to replace.
11. Board Appointment: Fire Territory Board– Town Manager Mark Morgan will seek direction on how the Council wishes to make an appointment to the newly formed Fire Territory Board. Council voted at the last meeting to appoint Chris Gearld. Still need one additional appointment. Will require a Vote.
