    1. Announce Executive Session– Council President Dave Potter will need to announce that an Executive Session of the Danville Town Council was held on 5/21/25 immediately following the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Requires no further action.
    2. Resolution 5-2025: Fiscal Plan for Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present the Fiscal Plan required for Super-Voluntary annexation of the property described in Ordinance 9-2025 located on the East side of CR 300 East, 1.13 South of U.S. 36. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 9-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located on the East side of CR 300 East, 1.13 miles south of U.S. 36. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc. This is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    4. Resolution 6-2025: Fiscal Plan for Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present the Fiscal Plan required for Super-Voluntary annexation of the property described in Ordinance 10-2025 located South of CSX, North of CR 150 South, West of CR 225 East. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 10-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property South of CSX, North of C.R. 150 South, West of C.R. 225 East. The petitioner is C&R Farms, Inc. This is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    6. Resolution 9-2025: Bad Debt Write-Off– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present a resolution to write-off bad debt to the Town due to unique circumstances. Will require a Vote.

    7. Resolution 13-2025: Surplus Property– Fire Chief Rick Duncan will present a resolution to dispose of surplus property. Specifically outdated Radio Equipment and MDT units. Will require a Vote.

    8. UDO Discussion: Agricultural Zoning– At the meeting on 5/21, a request was made to allow for farm animals in the Town Boundaries. Discussion turned to the creation of an agricultural district and how it would look. Council will be asked to provide insight on the direction of this topic. Seeking Consensus.

Poultry Ordinance – Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a questionnaire to the Council for further clarification on the introduction of chickens to the Town’s Municipal Limits. Council will be asked to vote on acreage, number of chickens, permits, fines and etc. This is not the final draft of the ordinance. Trying to narrow down specific wishes of the Council to continue the process of drafting the ordinance. Certain items will require consensus or a vote.

    10. Ordinance 12-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 1996 10th Street. The petitioner is Kevin J. Jones. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    11. Ordinance 13-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 1984 10th Street. The petitioner is Garrett M. Brown. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

Ordinance 14-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the properties located at 205 and 239 South CR 200 East. The petitioner is Zheng & New Indy Investments. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    13. Sewer Service Agreement with Waste Management– Wastewater Superintendent Tony Kirkpatrick will present an agreement between the Town of Danville and Waste Management to provide Sewer Service and the establishment of process. Will require a Vote.

Interlocal Agreement with WCCD and Hendricks County– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present an Interlocal Agreement between the Town of Danville, West Central Conservancy District and Hendricks County for the purpose of providing sanitary sewer to the proposed areas outlined in the agreement. Will require a Vote.
