    1. Introduction of New Employee: Street Superintendent – Town Manager Mark Morgan will introduce new Street Superintendent Dave Newell. Requires no further action.
    2. Look-Ahead: Police Department– Police Chief Jim Hilton will provide his “Look-Ahead” and visions for the future of the Police Department. Requires no further action.

    3. Look-Ahead: Parks Department– Parks Director Will Lacey will provide his “Look-Ahead” and visions for the future of the Parks Department. Requires no further action.

    4. Library Board Appointment– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the five names of the individuals who have requested appointment to the Danville/Center Township Library Board. This is a Council President appointment with codification of the Council. This is to fulfill the position vacated by Anna Marie Ricci. The appointment is set to expire on 9/27/26. Will require a Vote.

    5. CF-1 Reporting: Woodland Terrace– Town Manager Mark Morgan and representatives of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Woodland Terrace Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    6. CF-1 Reporting: Bio Response – Town Manager Mark Morgan and representatives of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Bio Response Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

Poultry Ordinance– Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a questionnaire to the Council for further clarification on the introduction of chickens to the Town’s Municipal Limits. Council will be asked to vote on acreage, number of chickens, permits, fines and etc. This is not the final draft of the ordinance. Trying to narrow down specific wishes of the Council to continue the process of drafting the ordinance. Certain items will require consensus or a vote.

    8. Ordinance 12-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 1996 10th Street. The petitioner is Kevin J. Jones. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Public hearing will need to be gaveled open – Comments taken – Public hearing gaveled closed.Requires no further action.

    9. Ordinance 13-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 1984 10th Street. The petitioner is Garrett M. Brown. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Public hearing will need to be gaveled open – Comments taken – Public hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

Ordinance 14-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the properties located at 205 and 239 South CR 200 East. The petitioner is Zheng & New Indy Investments. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Public hearing will need to be gaveled open – Comments taken – Public hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.
