    1. Insurance Renewal: EPIC – John Parmley of EPIC Insurance will lead a discussion on the 2025 Annual Renewal for the Town of Danville insurance plan. Will require a Vote.
    2. Look-Ahead: Fire Department – Fire Chief Rick Duncan will provide his “Look-Ahead” and visions for the future of the Fire Department. Requires no further action.
    3. Proclamation: National Parks and Recreation Month – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a proclamation declaring the month of July as National Parks and Recreation Month. Will require a Vote.

    4. Resolution 10-2025: Fiscal Plan for Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a resolution for the Fiscal Plan associated with the annexation of the property located at 1996 10th Street as presented in Ordinance 12-2025. Will require a Vote.

    5. Ordinance 12-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 1996 10th Street. The petitioner is Kevin J. Jones. All requirements have been met. This is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.
