    1. Introduction of New Employee – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will introduce new employee Ellen Steinmetz. She has been hired as the new Part-time planning assistant. Requires no further action.
    2. CF-1: Pig Lots – Joe Jason of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the CF-1 for Pig Lots to support their compliance of the received Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    3. Ordinance 11-2025: Amendment to the Salary Ordinance – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance to amend the 2025 Salary Ordinance. This involves Fire Department Pay Rates. Staff is requesting a suspension of the rules to act on this tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend and then 2/3 to pass the ordinance. Will require two Votes.

Ordinance 15-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located 1800 feet east of CR 300 E., approximately 1.13 miles south of US 36. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc., Phase II. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    5. Thoroughfare Plan: Selection of Vendor – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present the company that was approved by the Selection Committee for the Town’s Thoroughfare Plan. Requesting a Vote to approve selection.
    6. Agricultural District Discussion – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a proposal for the solution of the topic of an Agricultural District. Requires no further action.

    7. Wishes to be Heard: Special Event/Street Closure – Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a special event request and street closure for the Plein Air Event and Summer Porch Fest. Will require a Vote.

    8. Letter of Engagement: Water District– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a letter of engagement with TAFT Law to create a Water Territory for the Town of Danville. Will require a Vote.

    9. Park Bond: Legal Counsel – Town Manager Mark Morgan will seek consensus to solicit for letters of engagement from law firms to secure Bond Counsel for upcoming Park Bonds. Council may recall that the Parks were excluded from last year’s bond process. We would like to start the process by hiring legal counsel. Seeking consensus.
