    1. Announce Executive Session– Council President Dave Potter will announce that the Council had an Executive Session on 8/6/25, immediately following the regularly scheduled Council meeting to discuss matters allowed under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Requires no further action
    2. 2026 Budget Review/Round 2 – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present the 2026 Annual Budget for the Town of Danville. This is a second review only. Requires no further action. However, consensus may be sought on certain items.

Ordinance 15-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located 1800 feet east of CR 300 E., approximately 1.13 miles south of US 36. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc., Phase II. This was introduced on July 16. A public hearing was held on August 6. This is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    4. Ordinance 16-2025: Additional Appropriation (Multiple Funds)– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance requesting an additional appropriation in the Multiple funds. This has been properly advertised pursuant to Indiana Statute. This is up for a public hearing. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. As a result of these actions, this is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    5. Ordinance 17-2025: Water District – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present an ordinance to establish a Water District for the Town of Danville. This was introduced on July 16, 2025. It is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote
