    1. Ordinance 16-2025: Additional Appropriation (Multiple Funds) – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance requesting an additional appropriation in the Multiple funds. This has been properly advertised pursuant to Indiana Statute. This is up for a public hearing. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. As a result of these actions, this is up for adoption tonight.Will require a Vote.

    2. 2026 Holiday Schedule– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present the proposed 2026 Holiday Schedule for Town Employees. Will require a Vote.

    3. 2026 DDP Contract – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the 2026 Downtown Danville Partnership contract with no changes from 2025. Will require a Vote.

    4. Ordinance 20-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 555 Sycamore Lane. The petitioners are David and Debra Fisher. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    5. Ordinance 21-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 925 Moro Lane. The petitioners are Robert and Geraldine Davidson. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.
