    1. Ordinance 18-2025: Amendment to UDO (Agricultural) – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to amend the UDO in areas of agricultural standards. This was heard at the Plan Commission Meeting on 9/10/25 as a Public Hearing and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    2. Ordinance 19-2025: Amendment to UDO (Miscellaneous) – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to amend the UDO in various sections. This was heard at the Plan Commission Meeting as a Public Hearing on 9/10/25 and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    3. Ordinance 20-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at 555 Sycamore Lane. The petitioners are David and Debra Fisher. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Public hearing will need to be gaveled open – comments taken – public hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

    9. Conflict-of-Interest Form – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a Conflict-of-Interest form for Council Member Bret Doub. His firm will be a candidate for possible upcoming projects for the Town of Danville. Will require a Vote.

    12. Wishes to be Heard: Request for Funds (Public Safety LIT) – Fire Chief Rick Duncan will request that half of the funds collected/anticipated for the 2026 Public Safety LIT be allocated to the Danville/Center Township Fire Protection Territory for operating costs. Will require a Vote.
