    1. RIF – Will Lacey, Parks Director request for Recreation Impact Fee Study. Will require a vote.

    2. Rates & Fees – Nate Phipps, Fitness and Facilities Manager to present changes for 2026 on rates. Will require a vote.
    3. Bond List – Will Lacey to present.
      Request a special meeting 11/5/25 at 5:30pm to conduct a public hearing.

    4. 19-2025 Park Bond Declaratory Resolution – Will Lacey request for Park Bond. Will require a vote.

    5. Blanton House – Will Lacey will discuss drainage plan for Removing Lake Blanton.

    1. Recreation Update – Will Lacey to present a summary of past programs and upcoming programs. Concert, Campout, Daddy Daughter, Half Marathon
    2. Danville Athletic Club – Will Lacey to present an update. We are preparing for access control updates for staff and membership.
    3. Gill Family Aquatic Center – Will Lacey to present an update on GFAC. All items wrapped up for the pool. Working on board of health updates to splashpad.
    4. Interurban Trail Update – Will Lacey will give an update on the Interurban Trail project. Working on funding sources. Waiting on final gps coordinates for the parking lot.
  7. Financials YTD - Will require a vote for approval.
