    1. Badge Pinning: Fire Department Promotions – Fire Chief Rick Duncan will introduce 6 employees to the Council that have successfully navigated the promotion process. Badges will be pinned by family and friends of employees. Please allow time for pictures. Requires no further action.
    2. Resolution 20-2025: Revolving Fund/Loan – Town Manager Mark Morgan and Adam Steuerwald, of Barnes & Thornburg, will present a resolution to establish a revolving fund to loan Danville CRE, LLC monies for the project located at 20 West Main Street. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 28-2025: Park Bond – Parks Director Will Lacey and Adam Steuerwald, of Barnes & Thornburg, will present an ordinance to secure a Park Bond for needed repairs and upgrades to the park system. Due to time constraints, staff is requesting to suspend the rules to pass this ordinance tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend the rules and then 2/3 of those voting to pass the ordinance. Will require a Vote for each action.

Ordinance 29-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the properties located at 536, 542 and 548 Sycamore Lane. The petitioners are Max & Kelly Siddons, Joy Bradley and Mary Lynn Monts. This is up for introduction and public hearing. Will require public hearing to be gaveled open – public comments taken – public hearing to be gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

    5. Ordinance 30-2025: Amendment to Wastewater Ordinance – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present an ordinance to amend the current Sanitary Sewer Ordinance. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    6. Wishes to be Heard: Police Vehicles – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton and Police Chief Jim Hilton will present a request to allow Enterprise Leasing to search for 5 new police vehicles. Will require a Vote.

    7. Request to Expend Funds: Culvert Repair – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a request to expend funds on culvert repairs on C.R. 300 East. Will require a Vote.
