    1. Badge Pinning: Fire Department – Deputy Chief Dustin Strahl will introduce an employee to the Council that has successfully completed their probationary period. Badge will be pinned by family and/or friends of employee. Please allow time for pictures. Requires no further action.
    2. Ordinance 28-2025: Park Bond – Parks Director Will Lacey and Adam Steuerwald, of Barnes & Thornburg, will present an ordinance to secure a Park Bond for needed repairs and upgrades to the park system. This was introduced on 11/5/25 and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

Resolution 23-2025: Declaratory Resolution for Tax Abatement – Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present a resolution requesting a Tax Abatement for a new manufacturing equipment located on the property of 120 Commerce Drive. This is an expansion of services for Sparks Engineering and Manufacturing Inc., DBA Tri-K Machining. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 31-2025: Additional Appropriation (Library) – Cheryl Dobbs will present an ordinance requesting an additional appropriation in Personal Services and Other Services & Charges for the Danville-Center Township Public Library. This has been properly advertised pursuant to Indiana Statute. This is up for a public hearing. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken - Public Hearing gaveled closed. As a result of these actions, this is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

Resolution 21-2025: Fiscal Plan for Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a resolution that outlines the fiscal plan associated with the Super-Voluntary annexation of the properties located at 536, 542 and 548 Sycamore Lane, as described in Ordinance 29-2025. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 29-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the properties located at 536, 542 and 548 Sycamore Lane. The petitioners are Max & Kelly Siddons, Joy Bradley and Mary Lynn Monts. This was introduced and had a public hearing on 11/5/25. This is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    7. Ordinance 30-2025: Wastewater Amendments – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present an ordinance to amend the current Sanitary Sewer Ordinance. This was introduced on 11/5/25 and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    8. Ordinance 32-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at 223 S. CR 200 E. The petitioner is Robert LaGrange. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    9. 2026 Redevelopment Commission Spending Plan – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present the 2026 Redevelopment Commission Spending Plan. This was presented to the RDC on 11/12/25 and is being presented to the Council as a matter of record tonight. Only requires Acknowledgment of Receipt.

    10. Downtown Danville Partnership: Letter of Commitment – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a letter of commitment for the DDP. This will show support of the Council so that the letter may be provided to OCRA to enroll in the Aspiring IAMS program. This is required for the accreditation standards. Will require a Vote.

    11. Appointment to Economic Development Board – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the name of Jerry Vornholt to be a candidate to fill the vacancy on the Economic Development Board. This is an appointee of the County based on our recommendation. Will require a Vote.
    12. Appointment to Fire Territory Board – Town Manger Mark Morgan is seeking clarification on the appointments to the Fire Territory Board. This would include our two appointments and their future roles with the possibility of reversing the positions. Will require a Vote.
