    1. Resolution 24-2025: Confirmatory Resolution for Tax Abatement – Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present a resolution requesting a Tax Abatement for a new manufacturing equipment located on the property of 120 Commerce Drive. This is an expansion of services for Sparks Engineering and Manufacturing Inc., DBA Tri-K Machining. This requires a public Hearing. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. As a result of these actions, this is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    2. Sell Properties/Obtain Appraisals – Fire Chief Rick Duncan and Town Manager Mark Morgan will present properties that the Town currently owns and wishes to sell (302 W. Main St. and 252 S. Tennessee Street) along with properties that we wish to explore purchasing. Appraisals will need to be made for all properties. Will require a Vote.
    3. Ordinance 27-2025: Salary Ordinance – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present the 2026 Salary Ordinance for the Town of Danville employees. This includes all items as discussed during the budget process. Due to time constraints, staff is requesting to suspend the rules to pass this ordinance tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend the rules and then 2/3 (4 total) of those voting to pass the ordinance. Should be conducted by a roll call vote. Will require a Vote for each action.

    4. Ordinance 32-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at 223 S. CR 200 E. The petitioner is Robert LaGrange. This is up for a public hearing tonight. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

    5. Ordinance 35-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at 1433 10th Street. The petitioner is Karli Steward. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    6. Ordinance 36-2025: Super-Voluntary Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at 1103 S. CR 300 E. The petitioner is Banyan Realty Group, LLC. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    7. 2025 Stormwater Asset Management: Small Structure Inventory – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the first order of inspections for Stormwater Structures turned over to the Town by Indiana Statute. Will require a Vote.

    8. CER: Vac Trailer – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a capital expenditure request to purchase a Vacuum Trailer for stormwater maintenance. This will be used by the utilities for smaller jobs that the VAC truck is too large. Will require a Vote.

    9. CER: Digester Blower – Wastewater Superintendent Tony Kirkpatrick will present a request to expend funds to purchase a replacement part for the Digester System. Pre-Approval was provided to order the part. Will require a Vote.

    10. 2026 Legal Counsel: Letters of Engagement – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a letter of engagement from Graham Youngs of Steuerwald, Witham & Youngs, LLP to represent the Town of Danville as legal counsel for 2026. Will require a Vote.
