    1. Year-End Report: Downtown Danville Partnership – Tara Cobourn, Executive Director of the DDP, will provide her year-end report for her organization. Requires no further action.

    2. Year-End Report: Greater Danville Chamber of Commerce – Kelly DiBenedetto, Executive Director of the Chamber, will provide her year-end report for the organization. Requires no further action.

    3. Wishes to be Heard: Street Closure (Farmers Market) – Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kelly DiBenedetto will present a request for street closures and a change of location (1 Date) for the 2026 Farmers Market. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 1-2026: Super-Voluntary Annexation (Public Hearing) – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located on the Southside of East Main Street approximately 0.09 miles West of Ridge Avenue. The petitioner is Rhonda Sue Bookwalter. This is up for a Public Hearing tonight. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – public comment taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.

    5. Ordinance 2-2026: Fee Schedule – Assistant Town Manager Will Lacey will present an ordinance to amend the current fee schedule for services provided by the Town of Danville. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    6. CER: Stop Light – Street Superintendent Dave Newell will present a Capital Expenditure Request to replace the Stop and Go Signal located at Old Farm Road and East Main Street. Will require a Vote.

    7. Topic of Discussion: Salary Ordinance – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton and Town Manager Mark Morgan are seeking input and clarification from the Council on Salary Ordinance Matters. One involves the current ordinance and the distribution of Certification Pay. The other matter involves the creation of the position of Crew Leader for departments that desire the additional layer of supervision. Seeking consensus.
