    1. Introduction of New Employee – Steet Department Superintendent Dave Newell will introduce a new employee that started employment last week. Please allow time for pictures. Requires no further action.
    2. Resolution 5-2026: Fiscal Plan for Annexation – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a resolution that details the fiscal plan associated with the annexation of property located on the Southside of East Main Street approximately 0.09 miles West of Ridge Avenue as outlined in Ordinance 1-2026. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 1-2026: Super-Voluntary Annexation (Adoption) – Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located on the Southside of East Main Street approximately 0.09 miles West of Ridge Avenue. The petitioner is Rhonda Sue Bookwalter. This was introduced on 2/4/26 and had a public hearing on 2/18/26. It is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    4. Ordinance 2-2026: Fee Schedule – Assistant Town Manager Will Lacey will present an ordinance to amend the current fee schedule for services provided by the Town of Danville. This was introduced on 2/18/26 and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    11. Topic of Discussion: Salary Ordinance – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton is seeking input and clarification from the Council on Salary Ordinance Matters. One involves the current ordinance and the distribution of Certification Pay. The other matter involves the creation of the position of Crew Leader for departments that desire an additional layer of supervision. Seeking consensus.
