Danville Municipal Water and Sanitation Utilities have been made aware of errors with the current water bill some customers have recently received.  

Some customers have received the correct water bill. The correct water bill should have a due date of  November 4th, 2022.  

Other customers received a duplicate bill of last month's water bill with a due date of October 4th, 2022. 

It has been estimated that only 1% of the customers have received the wrong bill.  

We apologize for the inconvenience. Give us a call or email us if you have received the incorrect water bill.
