    1. Ordinance 3-2026: Amendment to Salary Ordinance – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance to amend the current salary ordinance. This will correct certain portions of the original ordinance without making any new additions. Staff is requesting to suspend the rules to pass this ordinance tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend the rules and then 2/3 (4 total) of those voting to pass the ordinance. Should be conducted by a roll call vote. Will require a Vote for each action.

    2. Expired Warrants – Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present a list of checks that she would like to absorb back into the Town’s accounts. These are checks that have not been cashed in the allotted time. Requires no further action.

    3. R.F.P/Q. for Build/Operate/Transfer – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a request to send out Requests for Proposals/Qualifications for Build/Operate/Transfer. This is to prepare for several large projects that may arise in the future. Will require a Vote.

    4. Utilities 2025 Fiscal Report – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the annual financial summary for the Town’s Utilities for 2025. Requires no further action.

    5. Utility Master Service Agreement – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the Utility Master Service Agreement for the provision of professional services. Will require a Vote.

    6. Resolution 6-2026: Amend Social District Hours – Community Engagement Madison Henderson Coordinator will present a resolution to establish “Seasonal Hours of Operation” for the Danville Social District. Will require a Vote.

    7. Request for Funds: HCYEP – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a request for funds to support the Hendricks County Youth Assistance Program. Will require a Vote.
