    1. Wishes to be Heard: Street Closure– Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a request for additional street closure associated with the Summer Porchfest/Plein Air Event. Will require a Vote.

    2. Policy Update: Sick Time Usage – Human Resources Director Abigail Mallory will present an update for the Policy Handbook that details sick time usage by employees and clarifies the Incident Reporting requirements. Will require a Vote.

    3. CF-1 Reporting: Well NPSL Landlord LLC– Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Well NPSL Landlord LLC (formally Woodland Terrace) Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    4. CF-1 Reporting: Bio Response – Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Bio Response Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    5. CF-1 Reporting: Pig Lot LLC– Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Pig Lot LLC Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    6. CF-1 Reporting: Sparks Engineering– Joe Jasin of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership will present the compliance report for the Sparks Engineering (DBA Tri-K Machining) Tax Abatement. Will require a Vote.

    7. Ordinance 4-2026: Amendment to Salary Ordinance– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present an ordinance requesting an amendment to the current salary ordinance. This will correct certain portions of the original ordinance without making any new additions. Staff is requesting to suspend the rules to pass this ordinance tonight. Will require a unanimous vote of all in attendance to suspend the rules and then 2/3 (4 total) of those voting to pass the ordinance. Should be conducted by a roll call vote. Will require a Vote for each action

Ordinance 5-2026: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at the East side of CR 225 E, between CR 100 S and CR 150 S. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc. This is up for introduction only tonight. Require no further action.

    9. Duke Energy Request for Easement – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a request from Duke Energy for an easement to bury power lines for a lighting project. Will require a Vote.

    10. Request to Expend Funds: Smoke Testing – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a request to expend funds for smoke testing to detect INI and Illegal Hook-Ups to the Town’s Wastewater System. Will require a Vote.

    11. C.E.R.: Utility Truck – Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present a Capital Expenditure Request to purchase a new utility truck for the Stormwater Department. Will require a Vote.

    12. Property Disposal Discussion– Town Manager Mark Morgan is seeking input on the disposal of certain properties owned by the Town. Part of the discussion will be the method of disposal. Seeking consensus on the issue.

    13. Salary Study– Council Vice-President Michael Chatham would like to have discussion on conducting a thorough, in-depth analysis of our current salary structure. Should Council decide to take action, it will require a Vote.
    14. Special Thanks to Citizens – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present statistics on recent community clean-ups and thanking the citizens for their involvement. Requires no further action.
