    1. IT Contract– Assistant Town Manager Will Lacey will present two contracts for consideration by the Council. One is for IT services and the other is for phone services. This is due to the purchase of One Choice Technology by Endeavor Communications. Will require a Vote.

    2. B.O.T. Selection– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the selection by the committee for the Build/Operate/Transfer developer. Will require a Vote.

Resolution 8-2026: Fiscal Plan for Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present a resolution that outlines the fiscal plan associated with the Super-Voluntary Annexation of the property located at the East side of CR 225 E, between CR 100 S and CR 150 S, as outlined in Ordinance 5-2026. Will require a Vote.

Ordinance 5-2026: Super-Voluntary Annexation– Town Planner Lesa Ternet will present an ordinance to conduct a Super-Voluntary Annexation for the property located at the East side of CR 225 E, between CR 100 S and CR 150 S. The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc. This was introduced on 5/6/26 and a public hearing was held on 5/20/26. As a result, this is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

    5. Ordinance 6-2026: Election Cycle– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to change the election cycle for the Town of Danville. This will align all elections on even years. Once the cycle is completed, it will provide for the election of 3 Council Members in one election and 2 Council Members and the Clerk/Treasurer in the other. This is up for introduction only tonight. Requires no further action.

    6. Disposal of Property – Town Manager Mark Morgan is seeking to move forward the disposal of certain real estate owned by the Town. This will include 302 W. Main Street and property located on the Miles Farm. Will require a Vote.

    7. 5-Year Capital Improvement/Growth Plan – Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the requested Growth/Projects plan. Upon submission to the Town's FA, they will research funding options. Requires no further action.
