The petitioner is Double E Farms, Inc. This was introduced on 5/6/26 and a public hearing was held on 5/20/26. As a result, this is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.
Ordinance 6-2026: Election Cycle Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to change the election cycle for the Town of Danville. This will align all elections on even years. Once the cycle is completed, it will provide for the election of 3 Council Members in one election and 2 Council Members and the Clerk/Treasurer in the other. Disposal of Property Town Manager Mark Morgan is seeking to move forward the disposal of certain real estate owned by the Town. This will include 302 W. Main Street and property located on the Miles Farm. Will require a Vote.
5-Year Capital Improvement/Growth Plan Town Manager Mark Morgan will present the requested Growth/Projects plan. Upon submission to the Town's FA, they will research funding options. Requires no further action.
