1. Proclamation: Constitution Week– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present a Proclamation declaring September 17 – 23 as National Constitution Week. Will require a Vote.

2. Wishes to be Heard: Street Closure for Homecoming Parade – Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present a request to close several streets in conjunction with the Danville Community School’s Homecoming Parade. Will require a Vote.

3. Update: Wayfinding– Code Enforcement Coordinator Nathan Ford will present the designs for Wayfinding and Parking around Town. Seeking consensus to move forward with production. Seeking consensus.

4. B.O.T. Committee Appointment: Paving– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the names of committee members for selection of B.O.T. for paving projects. Seeking consensus.
5. B.O.T. Committee Appointment: Wastewater– Utilities Director Barry Lofton will present the names of committee members for selection of B.O.T. for Wastewater projects to include the County Home Lift Station. Seeking consensus.
6. Ordinance 12-2026: Repeal of Food Truck Permits– Town Manager Mark Morgan will present an ordinance to repeal the Town’s Food Truck Permitting Process. Effective 1/1/27, the State of Indiana will be issuing the permits, and they are prohibiting local permitting. This was introduced on 9/2/26 and is up for adoption tonight. Will require a Vote.

7. 2027 Budget: Public Hearing– Clerk/Treasurer Carrie Lofton will present the 2027 Town of Danville Budget for review by the Council and a Public Hearing. Public Hearing will need to be gaveled open – Public Comment Taken – Public Hearing gaveled closed. Requires no further action.
