Project: Phase 1 Improvements to the North Interceptor  

• Project Description: Installing a new 30” sanitary sewer and tie-in existing lateral lines along with the existing sewer to upgrade the current infrastructure of the Town of Danville’s collection system. It will start on the East end of Lawton and will go to Northview Drive.
• Start Date: May 2023  
• Estimated End Date: November 2023  

Construction staging sites for Bowen Engineering during the project: 

• E. Clinton and N. Wayne St. - Construction Office 
• N. Tennessee St. and Harrison St.- Construction Staging 

10/23/2023 Road Closure: Old North Salem Rd.,The road cut will be between Hawley Rd. and Northview Dr. on Old North Salem Rd. The Project is esitmated to take 2 weeks. 

7/17/2023 Road Closure: North Washington St. will close between Lawton Ave. and Orchard Lane for work on the project.
