Code Enforcement

Our Code Enforcement program aims to educate members of the community on our Code of Ordinances, Unified Development Ordinance, Stormwater/Wastewater Regulations, Building Permits, and other requirements outlined in local, state, and federal law. Through education and administrative enforcement, Code Enforcement helps to maintain property values, prevent blight, encourage economic development, and protect the integrity of our Code. Call our Code Enforcement Officer at 317-745-4180 ext.1004 or email codeinfo@danvillein.gov  with questions.
