The Design Review Committee is a sub-committee to the Plan Commission that conducts design reviews for most construction or remodeling activities within the Corridor Protection Overlay District and forwards a recommendation to the Danville Plan Commission.  When design review is required, the Danville Plan Commission must first approve all construction or remodeling before any activity may occur.
