• Marriage license are available through the Hendricks County Clerk located at the Courthouse in Danville.

• Property taxes are the responsibility of Hendricks County Government.  Please contact the Hendricks County Treasurer at 317-745-9220.
• Where do I file my property tax exemptions?
• Property taxes are the responsibility of Hendricks County Government.  Please contact the Hendricks County Auditor at 317-745-9300
• Where do I pay a speeding ticket?
• Speeding tickets (moving violations) are paid to the Hendricks County Clerk, located at the Courthouse in Danville.
• Where do I pay a parking ticket?
• Payments are made to the Danville Police Department located at the Town Hall.
• Where do I pay an Ordinance Violation for noise, alarms, animals, etc?
• Payments are made to the Danville Clerk-Treasurer who serves as the Violations Bureau for the Town. The Clerk-Treasurer's office is located in suite #110 in the Danville Town Hall located at 49 N. Wayne Street.
